The reason I, and others like me have made these sort of web sites is to maximize the amount of referrals for each program. I display all the services that are available to you to utilize, and give you information that helps you to decide which to join. In turn, when you click through from my links, you are using me as a reference. After you join up to the pay-to-surf companies you want, then you have the option of doing the same, to try and recruit more people so that you can make more money via your own web page, emails, or whatever (spamming is not allowed however). This system is only successful if every is honest about this, and gives credit where credit is due.
